Caravan Collections
It usually takes between 1 to 2 hours to successfully hand over a hire caravan after explaining
how everything works and showing how and where to connect your services i.e water gas etc not to mention safe towing practise's
thats why we allocate you a 1 hour window in which to collect your caravan so should you
arrive later than your agreed time you may experience a delay as other prompt customers who arrive on time will have
there hand over before you (especially at busy times)
Returns
caravans are to be returned to the yard no later than 3pm on the last day of hire failure to comply will
add an addition days hire to the agreement and the cost will be deducted from the surety deposit
Unless prior arrangement has been made(in writing)
Deliveries & collections
All our deliveries/ collections are made during normal working hours only
latest delivery time 1pm to site/event
latest collection time 11.45 am from site
delays in drop offs or collections(for whatever reason) will be charged at £15 per hour per caravan
all hire caravans are to be back to the yard by 3pm
unless prior arrangement has been made (in writing)
